Each company tries them for customers by offering something else to win, but to present their services as unique, something you can not get anywhere else. And it is good business. While the system is free, there are web design companies, the cost to build WordPress sites. Do not let that be taken out of service. It's actually a good thing. Instead of using their own CMS and lock customers into long term contracts, as these companies are using this open source software places of power customers. What does your customer to take over the hole maintenance of the website as soon as they create or find easy to enter another web design company, took over.
